  • Wow.

  • May we expect some originality or only copies?

  • You may, you may not, it's hard to tell. I guess it depends.

  • Hello mr ArmFiz,

Wonderful to hear an Indo play this song who went trough the 50s and 60s in full awareness. And knows the feelings of the Indo's from that time. The song Once voices the past for all the Indos, in their own remembrance. It's great of mr Boekholt who made this possible. So every Indo can put his own feelings in this song and play it like that. You did a great job with your version, I like it very much and of course the Jaguar you play is and sounds superb!*****

    Greetings Ronald

  • Ronald,

Thank you for your great review and profound words. Thank you Mr. Boekholt for composing this instrumental tune. "I feel that Mr. Rob Boekholt has given me "Indo Identity" whenever or wherever I play this tune in the world. I am still an Indo, ik eet mijn americaanse hamburgers met veel, veel sambal badjak en droom van mijn moeder eiland Java en pleeg land, holland. Groetjes uit Oregon. Armand

  • Hello mr Armand, You're very welcome! It's great to see you still keep your ''Indo Identity'' and express this feeling with this song wherever you live. Probeert u ook eens uw hamburger te eten met sambal setan en daarna een slokje tjendol. enak :) I've received an email from mr Boekholt in reaction on my video Once, which I'm very grateful of. His message to me: Music, the voice of soul. This I'd like to share with all music making Indos. Hier thuis dromen wij ook van Java. Groet uit Den Helder

  • Dear Mr. jt123Egypte,

Thank you for removing your less than favorable comments voluntarily.

I have learned in my live that dislike, distrust, hate are in the eye of the be holder (the person that sees) and is by no means a reflextion on the subject (the person doing or performing). Try to be at peace with yourself my brother and you too will experience peace, trust happyness, likes and joy. Groetjes uit Oregon , Armand

  • Yes, those are humbuckers.

  • Zijn die humbuckers standaard in jouw jag, want meestal zaten/zitten er toch single coils in?

Maar mooie uitvoering van Once, mocht je ooit nog eens in nl komen spelen, ben ik van de partij!

    Grtz uit Drenhe

  • Thank you for your nice comment. Yes, this jag came standard with the hummers. It has a great sound and feel to it. I've no future plans to come to Holland but who knows? You never can tell! Zo misschien tot ziens. Armand

  • does that jag have humbuckers in it?

  • Wow, a Fender Jaguar! Back in the days even more expensive than the Jazzmaster. Love it.

  • Hi,Armand,if a Indorock muscician cannot play "Once" then he is not a real Indorocker! And

You are doing a great job!Keep on playing my friend! Greeting from Germany Jimmy

  • Very nice my friend. 5*****

    In indonesian: Terlalu bagus bung.
