I hhate bent leg jazz runs... and that was 6 to 5 step size! It looked good tho because everyone seemed to understand the technique. Great players!

at 5:13, I know two of the three trumpet players. Far left is Yosh and far right is Tosh. How i know them is bc my family hosted them. Those two were awesome to hang around with. We miss them already :(

So Kennedy HS band/Drill Team hosted and housed the full band??

not just kennedy. other schools (and one family from a church) helped out. and not all of the band members went to host families; some stayed at a hotel instead. also, not every family wanted to host students either. i think kennedy had (including me) 12 families. that or 20. i forgot.
