  • carbs turn into sugar in your body - if I eat an excess of carbs, I will gain maybe not 50 lbs, but 2-3 lbs in a short period of time. Most processed carbs contain little-no nutrition, so eating them is wasteful and damaging to your body.

    Please don't misinform people. There is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs.Proteins, carbohydrates and fats are the three building blocks to energy in a human body. They are also considered essential for a healthy diet. Experts say they do not make you fat, unless you consume more calories than your body needs.

  • PLZ READ MY POST CORRECTLY- I am not on any diet - I don't believe in dieting.  What I do is watch my intake of any one type of food. I spoke to PROCESSED CARBS - and I AM NOT MISINFORMING PEOPLE.
