@davycrocketful I have a theory, it is hard to believe but the evidence is there, most cannt connect the dots. It is very complex but the evidence directs that way.
It need some explanation at what we are looking at. Was that long wall a base for a pyramid? Have some of the stones been recently re-erected in other positions?

That pit or depth was made by meteorite or small moon, the aliens traced its trajectory and landed there and built a village b4 water covered it up. So they move to Puma Punku and built this citadel of stone in the image of their city back home in their far away planet. They wanted the floor of puma punku made of large slabs.
@HelmetVanga You might be going out on a limb with that theory, though in a flight of fancy I'd say it was the place where Krishna detonated his Agneya weapon. However along with tihuanaku & baalbek the site has important significance

@stainlesssteelprat What happened here is far more serious than scholars thought. The question that puzzle me the most is why this site, and not Canada or Paraguay or Singapor or Japan or even brazil, why they chose this site.
