Egypt was populated by many Macedonian Greeks- blond and blue-green eyed. Even Cleopatra was actually macedonian; Alexander the great, after taking egypt, put Ptolemy 1 Soter 1 there as pharaoh/king - he was great great great grandfather or something of Cleopatra. There's a high possibility that she was fair and blue eyed. Egyptians are not always African/black.

Now, Ramses (so, Rapses) was way before Alexander. But then, this is not historically accurate, and still very white-trashed anyway.

Just because Egypt is in Africa doesn't mean they were black. In fact, native Egyptians were not black at all, nor were they fair skinned. Cleopatra may have been because she was a foreign ruler. Actual Egyptians were closer to Native Americans in coloring. I don't know if you have ever seen a native Egyptian, but I have. Even the paintings of ancient Egypt depict people of similar color to Native Americans and near easterners.

Er, Egypt wasn't ALWAYS populated by Macedonian Greeks. At first their appearances were very Middle Eastern-looking. They were seperated from the rest of the world because of the natural barrier of the Sahara Desert for a considerable amount of time.
