I think it was a clever choice to film real people rather than actors, you rarely see reactions that appear this true apart from actors as good as Alan Rickman.
We had an awesome lecture on relationships in psych today...and my professor played this at the end of class....I think a lot of people were leaving class with tears in their eyes.
I was an EMT in New Jersey and was at NYU for my first class when the World Trade Center was destroyed. This is the only scene from a movie that gives me some hope and a smile because of its message. Thank you for posting it.

its heathrow alright .. go to arrivals and there is a square section in the wall just behind the monitors where the camera was positioned ... they had to keep running out to get disclaimers signed on the shots they liked ... buy the DVD and watch the bonus material :o) ... gr8 film
