Hi there,

I know this was a long time for you but I do have some advice! :) and no I am not critisising you at all.

I think lowering your hands will do much more better with a pony like this. Also, a longer rein, it looks to me like he may have some mouth pain from the constant pulling of the reins!

I know you may not have him now, just some future tips!

she's actually right, more of a contact and raising ur hands subtly to place the bit in the back of the ponies mouth with prevent him from lowerin his head and bucking. you see how u eased the contact at the end and relaxed ur legs instead of keeping him busy? he then caught a moment to drop his head and buck. so no, ur instructor isnt shit, its just how you do it. well done for getting back on chick,

That pony is SO gorgeous, but why do you have your hands so high and the reins that tight?? When he was trotting around after that last buck, he had his head perfect, it was right on the vertical. It looked like you were trying to get him to rear... Other than that, good job putting up with that little stinker! Haha
