I'm from sierra leone and I see that happening too. Being in the west too long leads to insecurities. Living in Sierra leone, i didn't have a problem with two guys holding hands, but after moving to the U.S for 10 years, going back and seeing two guys holding hands, it looks weired, and I automatically think of them as being gays. But they're not. Back then homosexuality was seing two guys kissing and having sex, now after being in the state too long, we see the littliest thing as being gay.

i'm not from africa or anything but I know what you mean. I'm an american, born and raised. But when I went to africa i observed that everyone holds hands, hugs, etc. Because I am an american it is strange to me but they are just much more physical. I saw guys with their arms around eachother, etc but it doesn't mean they were gay. If that was true, there would be many more gays than straight people there
