it was also because when the workers first built the building the poles that held up the building were suppose to have 9 smaller poles inside and the workers cut off something of the poles and left it with four, i think.
the building was also made of cheap stuff too!
the owner was sent to jail for 10 1/2 years and workers and his son for 7 1/2 years!

So the owner only had to serve 1 week in jail for every person he killed.
