I don't beleive I made any comment that was bashing or promoting any genre as a whole. I was commenting simply on Weezer and Jay-Z. I happen to think that rap is an incredible genre of music that takes an immense amount of talent to perform.

It's Gangsta rap, which comprises only 3% of rap that is available,that I think is absolute shit. It's a shame that it's always on the radio, if only underground could rise up and surpass this crap that more white suburban kids listen to then others.
