I'd have to disagree with the OWS crowd. I'm not looking for a handout, I just want to stop the subsidies that go to banks which is without a doubt the real reason the 99% are becoming poorer.
Why do these bills have such blatantly obvious names? The last internet censorship bill I remember was "protect children from child pornographers act". Like do they not understand subtlety?

Kevin Zeese seems like a nice guy, but he's living in a dream world. Business has, and always operate under the golden rule. "He who has the gold, makes the rules." Now, there are "democratized" companies out there, such as HyVee food stores that are employee owned, but that's it. The investor, or those taking the risks, will always have the last say, and will operate their companies for maximum return to them, the owner, or other investors. Employees are simply a tool used to achieve that goal.
So true about SOPA.. I get not wanting people to put whole movies online, but there are so many other ways you could technically "break copyright" that are harmless. Like if I ripped the DVD of "Passion of the Christ" (that I physically own), and put some clips from the movie to the song "Redemption" by Johnny Cash (which I own a copy of because I have the CD "American Recordings") , just for non-profit creative reasons, I could be fined or arrested.
