Nice video. Those are pavement ants (Tetramorium sp.) from two separate colonies having a battle to determine territorial boundaries. This is a particularly large one, but these are fairly common. Most people don't notice.
I feel like this video should be on the discovery channel! This was the coolest thing EVER! It was a much needed happy surprise, since I'm at work and miss seeing your daily vlogs. lol
I think there was a DEAD BODY under there at one time, but they've digested it !! AAAAHHHHH! Just be sure to put up a barrier between that "pond" and your house!
