the bubbler would be a much better weapon if it's maximum energy count after level 3 weren't 5, if you dont have the arms barrier, just about everything levels it down in one hit.
You can open the PBM files with Paint or any other image editing program. You can also use a new Paint file, as well, but the BMP extension would have to be changed to PBM.
After you save any changes, however you'd have to add in "(C)Pixel" (Without the quotation marks) onto the end of the file's code using a hex editor.
(I'm guessing PBM really stands for "Pixel BitMap")
You shouldn't have to put in the (C)Pixel part at the end again if you change the extension, but if it still doesn't work, open the file in paint, save it again, and add the (C)Pixel line on the PBM file.
can i just send you the bitmap file and you config it for me.... ill try to find that tab but i had no luck last time i realy wana use my girl version of quote XD

what converter do u use to change it from a bitmap to a PBM?
darkydude0 3 years ago
No converter is actually required, as a PBM is really just a BMP file under a different file extension.
1. Go to Control Panel (Or if you're not using a Vista, you can click on 'Tools' in My Documents or any other folder window)
2. Open 'Folder Options' (Enable Classic View in CP if you need to)
3. Click on the 'View' tab
4. Uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types' & click Apply.
5. Change the BMP extension to PBM and click Yes when a window asks if you want to change the extension.

I hope this helps.
