I dont think some of yall understand about how much HP and TQ are lost before they make it to the wheels, for example, My 2006 Chevy Quad cab Silverado with the 5.3 factory, make 295 HP and 335 lb-ft TQ, now thats what the engine can produce not what is making it to the REAR wheels, when I dynoed the truck with an intake it made 219 hp and 258 tq AT REAR WHEELS, then once i got the pcm tuned and added a performance mode the truck made 248.6 hp and 300 ft-lb tq AT REAR WHEELS, no exhaust yet.

2004 ss silverado rated tow capacity is 11,2?? its in my owners manual. supercharged high performance torq converter air helper bags would prob tow 15,+++ easily ss silverado is the shit and for all u chevy haters i had 03 supercharged harley f150 it was a great truck but its not as bad ass or as fast as the ss i promise

@gracietampazx10r could it tow it sure but try keeping 10k stoped down several 5-7% grades i will never tow heavy with a halfton again plus with 15k youd be over the weight ratings for the axles wheels tires ect dot could have a hay day with a halfton with that much weight

@Domman56 That's the only reason I put the bg track.....cuz there was no audio. Either I had my hand over the mic on the cam, or the wind noise just killed the audio somehow. I was real disappointed there wasn't any audio either :(
