ok so i bought one of these,and changed the LED to a high power Uv Led and so far it works good.

not at all. its kind of a cheap gimmick. check out how to make an efficient greenhouse that "WILL" work. I made a complete instructional video on how to make one for cheap. it has brighter lights and works like a charm.
