i use gegawat hammer and thunder storm alot evil is a good choice because you can't use your most destructive powers such as shock wave thumder storm gernades or gegewat hammer or else you might hurt civilians as evil you could use all your powers with out a care if people get hurt while your killing dust men creepers and those dudes in the gas masks

heres a tip on how to become fully evil in a few mins. to do it you will need 4 things

1. you will need the induction grind power

2. you need to upgrade the drain ability so you recharge from grinding

3. you need train tracks that you can grind on

4. any power you can spam that causes massive damage (prefer lvl 2 shock grenades)

5. have fun blowing up the entire city while getting full infmous rank in 5 mins

The black lightning comes only when your infamous, so you could be on like the 10th mission with black lightning.

For those who don't understand: if you are good and you activate the ray sphere, you become infamous with black lightning. You can't go back to good afterwards and you have to get all the bad upgrades. Also, the gigawatt blades are downloadable from the playstation store. I hope this answers your questions.
