I was there on that same wall. I used to live off of Encantada by Bob Hall pier. Pulled the Jeep up to that nasty excuse of a dirt/sand road, lit a cigarette, and enjoyed. I remember it pouring rain, then it kind of just stopped. I got stuck on the beach for a while pulling someone out, and the city worker would let me off. I kind of just drove through a wooden blockade. They weren't happy.

I thought people were supposed to stay away from the beaches during a hurricane/strong winds. Nice footage though. :)
