It's a wordplay in this ad.
Mun in Thai means
1. fun
2. oily
The director told the guy to express "Nah Mun" (to express fun on his face), but he thought that the director told him to make his face oily.
The point is Smooth E prevent you from oily face. That's why he returns Smooth E to the pharmacist.
