yea man i havent played on my eliminators in quite sum time but i normally stayed with the black cam, and tryed to keep the springs medium tension and for the beater i just kept it about mid way stroke range...if you can hit ur feet with the back motion of the beater then u probably have it too tight, hope this helps

Around where I live, a lot of the people say that metal drumming is overall more difficult than punk drumming and I have to disagree just based off the things I've seen Travis Barker put in his songs. Although I do agree that the more often metal-used double bass sequences, and blast beats are amazing, but it seems to me that the metal genre puts more emphasis on the drums than punk does, and I think that it may be over-rated when looking at difficulty. I'm no expert. Just looking for opinions.
