I say Death is one of the best metal bands ever, top-five, bar-none. They belong on the same list as bands like Slayer, Metallica (before they sold out), Megadeth (before they released Cryptic Writings), and Obituary. I feel Death has earned a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and will be extremely highly disappointed if they don't get inducted. Chuck, by himself, deserves a posthumas induction in to the R&RHoF. His talent as a musician has earned him that induction. RIP Chuck \m/.

Chuck really knew which musicians would fit his music best... If there would just be any musician nearly as great as him. How could someone write such melodic music, with great leads and rhythms, where his vocals ain't a deep boring growl, but an interesting intense, angry yet emotional way to scream.
