The Janitor is a man you never see but you can see his messages and drawings here and there during the game.

An Easter Egg is a special hidden feature in games, often humoristic, like the giant rat in Mirror's Edge.

i think each induvidual graffiti can mean something like what this person said in the discription...

or maybe does it mean something all together?

There are several theories about its meaning. Personaly I think it's related to the November Riots, but maybe November is a person...
