On intel number 20, you don't have to kill al of them to get it, you only have to crawl to it but not from where you killed everyone, you crawl from the opening by the cargo shipments and crawl right by the sleeing man, then once by the barrels, crouch, get the intel, then crawl out the way you came. :)
