This man and others who took similar actions are as I say the effect of the cause.

I believe in second chances, programs to better criminals and EVEN murders, but dont get me wrong, punishment is obvs needed.. im gonna use this as an example, take the idea of kids in rough neighborhoods, even tho i think everyone has a choice, you think the choices they have are always walking away and avoiding beef
