Lol if you recorded this with fraps, thats the problem... use the console to record a demo, then record the demo with fraps, youll have little to no frame loss that way and make your playing more fun :)

FRAPS causes no problems for me. This was lagging the Server, and everyone in it. Yes, FRAPS drops a few frames-per-second, but, it doesn't drop that much. As you can see, in all of my videos, I can easily navigate through TF2 rounds and L4D campaigns with FRAPS running. It's not *that* bad.
