  • And there goes Renee again! lol

  • I like how Gheorghiu takes over the whole thing. (and also how clearly deeply intelligent she is and refuses to reduce this interview, however rigged, to the Hollywood/extra style that seems to be favored by certain others....)

  • I just saw both of them at the San Francisco Opera- Angela in La Boheme and Ramon in Donizetti's L'Elisir d'amore and they were both AMAZING!!!!!!!

  • i love gheorghiu, she's so adorable.

  • I absolutely love Gheorghiu in this role and in Traviata. She brings brings out so much emotion in her singing. And Vargas' voice is so lyrically beautiful. Boheme is a perfect opera to showcase both their talents.

A lot can be said for Renee Fleming as well. She is a wickedly talented singer AND she's very humble. She is always quick to praise her colleagues. That can't be said for some other singers unfortunately.

  • What did she say, please? Rene is/was her cover, for the role? at 40-42 seconds.

  • @Lflennoy No she wasn't its because Renee has done the role :)

  • Thank you so much
