I added a dog to an existing family of my own this way :)

I think you should have mentioned how BUGGY the game is. It's horrible! Deformed pets, random crashes, error 12, 13, 16... Buggiest sim game thus far. AAANNNDDD, it has nothing to do with our computers.You really should have talked about that as well so people who haven't bought the game yet know what they are in for.

@MiaKoja I'd have mentioned the bugs if I ran across any, but I didn't. I have heard of the"deformed pets glitch" since then though, and that is caused by your computer having an integrated graphics chip that isn't 100% compatible. The rest I don't know about since I haven't had any issues in a couple dozen hours playing the expansion.

@phreakindee Some people don't have problems, most of us do. I personally have not experienced the deformed pets, but I have experienced the saving errors and random crashes. My computer is well above the minimum and optimal requirements, everything is up to date. What's more, all the previous Sims 3 expansions used to work wonderfully on HIGHEST settings. Pets is just buggy coz EA decided to try a different way of saving or something.

@MiaKoja I think it may just be your computer. I've had my game for ages, and I've had no problems with it thus far. Deformed pets is to do with your graphics chip. I've only had my game crash before when I have faulty CC in my game. Just because your game is buggy doesn't mean everyone else's is.

Paid a small fortune for it, updating it regularly. Half the people who play the game have problems with it, the other half don't.

My old one plays Sims fine but I really hated the stairs and fences being invisible and plus every animal apart from the minor pets are deformed. My laptop is amazing with the game but if I have more then one pet in the house it automatically turns itself off. Plus, my laptop really hates horses, the second I get my sim to own one... POOF it turns itself off.
