Dan Harmon the creator of Community used it because a person on Twitter (angry that Community beat Modern Family and Glee in a Hulu contest) tweeted Dan Harmon and told him 'Glee and Modern Family are streets ahead of his meta crap'. Dan Harmon then proceeded to make fun of this person using streets ahead for every tweet of his in the next few days. He then even used it on the show as a joke.

Cerveza is feminine, thus can't be "bueno" which is maculine, you say "buena"

Dog = Perro, you gotta make sure the double R sounds as strong as the one Troy used in "araña". Otherwise it will sound as "pero" which is spanish for "but".

on't get me wrong, i LOVE community, but spanish *is* my mother language.

It is not supposed to make sense and since they had the characters in beginning spanish when they had that episode, it makes complete sense that there would be wrong pronounciations of words. Community is awesome, but your gotta remember what semester the characters are in and what happened in the episode (it is sometimes relevant).
