@Stevethebastard You have to remember that the creature is under water. If you have ever tried talking under water you would have noticed that your voice was extremely muffled.

@Sumerbabe the temperature gets to 4426 degree Celsius which is said to be as hot as the suns surface... and the speed of the jet water is 60mph but has an outstanding 218 decibels... which is louder than a Concords sonic boom...

Hi yes! Used to keep us awake at night it was so loud. We had two cleaner shrimp for over a year but one day one was dead, but not sure if it was the pistol shrimp who killed it or it just died of natural causes.

ive got a candy pistol shrimp, as in its a 1 inch baby and i wanted a skunk shimp like that and the last 1 i got died the day after i got it do u think it was the pistol and btw the skunk shrimp was probably3 times the size of the pistol
