The "German Economic Miracle" of the day could not be maintained without war. Just as the EuroAmerican economy cannot be maintained without major changes or a continuation of these 'little' wars we have been having since Vietnam. It is no longer necessary to conquer 'wealth' when it can be technologically gotten. It is not the fault of some other race or nation, its the fault of cowards who prefer to commit men to battle rather than their capital.
Paying for a war that released Europe (and arguably the world) from the clutches of a genocidal maniac, hellbent on world domination and wiping out a sizable slice of various ethnic groups - seems like a fairly good return and a wise investment to me!
Or perhaps you'd have prefered that Mosley took over, we pulled down our proverbial trousers and bent over for the Nazis? allowing them a convenient island base from which to wage war on the rest of the world?
