German shepherds are the best breed but other dogs are best breeds as well like my Akita who saved me from drowning in a river when i had broken bones from falling down a steep hill...a dog can be a best breed but it takes guts for any type of dog to be the best companion :] but still German Shepherds are great :D i always wanted one but i fell in love with my lovable brown Akita Natani ...oh and uh just cause it isnt a german shepherd doesnt mean it's a dog

Feeling nostalgic tonight and typed in my dog Primo's name to find this incredible tribute. It was his first movie, I got him 2 months before we went to camera and he was not even a year old. We lost him 2 years ago and we still miss him.

my gERMAN SHEPHERD IS JUST 15 WEEKS, he can sit, stay, come, down, paw, spead, stay to heel off lead and retrieve straight back to me. I had a labrador before my GS pup, and these dogs are on a different level. Intelligent, loyal, protective and affectionate. Best dogs in the world.

I lost my 11 year old shepherd max to cancer last year. it still hurts so bad. i find myself thinking back to all the times i was to busy or just to tired to play with him or take him for a walk or something simple like that. I regret every minute i could have spent with him and didn't . last week was the day i brought him home all those years ago.
