how do you atack more than one person with multi target spells

All you have to do is cast a multi target spell on a monster/player that is standing near other monsters/players. It will only work if the monsters are within a few square's distance of eachother.

I haven't actually used the misasmic spells because my membership ended around the time they came out. You're right that miasmic barrage hits higher but I'm not sure it's worth it. The effect of the spell is to slow your opponent's attacks. This is okay but if he can pwn u in 20 secs is 40 secs really that much better? Plus the price for a staff that just vanishes seems stupid to me. Like I say, I haven't used them so I don't know for sure but that's how it looks to me.
