i work at pete dealership they never put c18s in rigs the biggest is a c16, unless he pulled a c18 out of a boat or a generator or ordered it straight from cat, that truck did not leave the factory with a c18 in it, i doubt a c18 would even fit in that truck

Pittsburg Diesel bored my C16 out to a 18 since I had a liner split in half and it gouge the block. If a Kt and a QT 600 can fit in a truck. The C18 would also fit.
