HOW TO SPLIT AN EGG WHITE

Break the egg over a container within a container or a bowl inside of a bowl, try to split it right on the egde where you crack it on the inner bowl try to imagine with my poor attempt at illustration (()) lol use the inside bowl. Its not 100% accurate but it work my mom taught my this

Im alergic to eggs..could you replace the egg white with anything?

@cuteycake Yeah, just don't use it, it will lose some of that texture but retain the flavors.

What is the egg white there for? Texture maybe? Do you get egg white aftertaste?
