this is sad to me. i remember going to publix with my grandma and going to bealls for clothes when i was a kid. What has happened to hudson??? dont destroy it!
One other indicator (and one that I notice whenever I go to most of Florida), the mainenance on buildings that house stores is not being done. The place, overall, looks really shabby. You now live in close to a third world environment... congratulations Floridians.
The average wage in Florida is almost on par with that of Romania. The government and the media would never admit to that though. Everything's going to sh*t here, seriously!

Why is the plaza shutting down? Is it going into foreclosure due to losing hte anchor stores or are the anchor stores leaving because its going into foreclosure? Chicken or the egg.
once the Publix closed? all the stores have been struggling, the Fantastic Sams left to Hudson & Little not sure if any other store moved or just closed? Brandon is starting to see stores close as well. Hey John how is the new face of Samuel Seltzers the jew from Montreal new steak house at the mall doing?
Based on what I've seen and heard I'm coming to the conclusion that Seltzers will shut down shortly after the snowbirds start leaving in April. I can't see how that restaurant will be able to make it through the summer.
i really miss it, i hope this is all for a new better beginning. it extremely saddens me
