@Sabbador Thanx dude! The rapper Redeemed is an AMAZING soloist! He started playing guitar before he started rapping, but still plays all the time and is a BEAST! Also, He played it on the spot without practice lol. I hit the record button and just said "Play what comes to you!"

What setup do you have? I am considering buying some recording gear myself, not something too expensive though.

@Sabbador Thanks dude! This is my setup: Guitar used for that solo was a custom Carvin. Guitar for the rhythm was a Michael Kelly Patriot Custom. Amp used was a Peavey 6505+ mic'ed with a Shure SM57. Drums were a Pearl Vision kit mic'ed with the Audix DP7 mic package. My mixing board is a Mackie Onyx 1620 connecting to my computer through Firewire. I built my computer myself so I can't really tell you a specific brand name. The recording software I use is Sonar 8.5 Producer Edition.
