two bills that will struggle to mean anything to boy racers, the cars will never be crushed. try and find the same boy racer 3 times in the same car losing traction, virtually impossible, and even if someone lose's their licence, theyc an just be a passanger in another car, start focusing on proper crimes national!!!!!

It's laudable that Nicky is trying to reduce crime but the Boy Racer legislation is not going to reduce crimes against people.... if she really wants to reduce crime in Chch then she should focus on reducing poverty.
