You saw a couple that went off. But some didn't connect or didn't kill them instantly. And the creator of this Ryu doesn't like flashiness with his Hyper moves (big portrait showing up/laggy backgrounds). He kept it traditional and simple. Only for like 1 Hyper it's flashy, and that's SGS (the one where you see them getting hit in the darkness).

Master Ryu has Evil and Normal Moves Mixed in...just no EX Moves.

And added moves from other games he's appeared like "Storm Cloud" Shinkuu TSK (from Gem Fighter) and Denjin Hadouken (MvC Series)

i have arrow keys for movement. and ZXC and ASD for Punchs and Kicks respectively (light, med, hard). V for Start Button.

When you get it, it's best to run it on DoubleRes 4 only because thats what it's made for.

Try to find the DoubleRes 0 pack somewhere, that's how I have the regular sizes of the fonts and such.

The Raging Demon at 1:21 did FAR to much damage lower the strength of that a bit in his CNS file to make it more "realistic". But who am I to complain I edited my Morrigan and made her a bit faster and stronger (even added a double jump XD)

Shin Gouki is who he is. I've played out a match between them. Gouki won, but by a hair. 2-1 was the match.

Master Ryu was the name given by P.o.t.S, so don't get logical with me.

Master Ryu is just a merger of his other 2 character (Normal+EX Version, and Evil Version).

Master Ryu is a combo of Evil Ryu and Normal Ryu with some additions.

His Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpuu (QCBx2+Kick) is changed to his Dokuu version (where rain clouds come in.)

In a recent update, instead of just regular stance, he now does his victory pose (when he turns away with his head down)

And some other new moves you can find yourself.

1. In your select.def, make sure you have 3 different Ryus.

Default should be like this.

Ryu/NormalRyu.def (for Normal stuff +EX moves)

Ryu/EvilRyu.def (SGS and such...typical)

Ryu/MasterRyu.def (combination of Normal and Evil and added stuff -EX moves)

It's a PC game you download, freeware, google it, you start off with only two characters and can download others, lifebars, levels etc... from other sites. People make the characters themselves and you download them, Win and Linux versions exist I believe.
