  • OMG i love it ! :*

  • The bald guy on the left in the beginning is Hans Peter Minderhoud, Gals boyfriend.

  • stunning pirouetes! so tight and very active! This horse never stops to amaze me...stunning horse who belongs with EDWARD GAL!! Not germany :(

  • q caballazoo madre!!!

    what's song is??

  • I could kill the speaker...

Bus Edward Gal and Totilas is just incredibly amazing!

  • It's absolutely incredible what these animals are willing to do for us

  • boring? annoying? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! you wouldn't know talent if it smacked you in the face!!

  • SHUT UP!

  • She should really shut the hell up!

  • This is really annoying being shot in KY and announced by a Russian in Russian!!

  • @basinas1 BORING!? Are you joking!? This is AMAZING!!

  • @basinas1 then dont watch it. its as simple as that.

  • It doesn't get any better than that!

  • No I get over 7 at nationals comps and if I got less I'd wonder what I'm doing.

  • this horse is amazing!! the highest i have ever gotten in a dressage test is a 8 but it was for the halt in training level all those years ago.. ive been happy with just 7s since then but this is amazing!!

  • freakin annoying announcer!!!

  • Spanish walk is cool :p

  • on entend pas la musique avec les commentaires

  • what a great horse - what a great footing (does anyone know who was building up this footing?)

  • I was never a big Edward Gal fan until I saw him and Totilas at WEG. What people don't realize, when he was riding, the judges scores were shown for each movement. The judges did not reward him for his extended trot; he got mostly 7's. His high scores were justly received for his piaffe and passage. I had never seen the rhythym and lightness that Toto has; it was very impressive. I came away a big fan.

  • @dressageismylife a high score is 7 anyone that freaking earns above that is made from heaven! haha this horse is amazing and so is edward even if most of these riders practice hyperextension of the neck...

  • 21 Mil...... worth of amazing?

  • i was there for pony finals only 2 week before and they were strict to where we could go to prepare for the games. lovly horse liove the music and great preformanceat 2:35 looks sooo coool! i only do intermidiate dressage and small pony hunters for jumping. So i think it looks amazing!

  • i dont like his trot.. its too over the top.. and its a lot of action in the front and nothing coming from the back.. but his piaffe and passage are amazing.. he is a gorgeous stallion

  • omg shuup women we dont care what u think of it!! and u cant physically have that much to say. We cant here the music!!!

oh and the people that are talking rubbish about the hyperflexed need to go back to basics :S im worried for you

absolutely amazing performance everytime he comes out. no one can challenge this amazing wonder horse !!!

  • wahhwwww!!!!

  • behind the vertical is behind the vertical i don't care what breed he is or what breed he resembles

i don't buy that the trip to the US affected him. he's not new, he's not inexperienced. with every successive performance this year he's looked tenser and tighter

  • I'm an idiot because I understand the difference between classical dressage and the results of hyperflexion?

  • WOW @ 7:07 - look at the hindlegs!!

  • take home message....abuse from rollkur will fool the judges into thinking you deserve to win

  • @amlilley5 YES!!

  • @amlilley5 you are an idiot

  • @mcacmg I think your blind.

  • @amlilley5 Oh yes, I just cannot believe that horse is only 9!

  • @TorqueBrooklyn whel... he is 10!

  • @horsejoyful Whoops, he was nine when he first competed. Thought he was still nine, but still ten! Hahaha

  • @TorqueBrooklyn yes he is sooo good and... he is from my land!!! im even on the foto whith hem!!!!!!!!

  • @amlilley5 For the record, ROLKUR and OVERBENDING are two very very very very different things, and I wish people would get that. Not to mention the freedom with which this horse moves is nothing like the fabricated rolkur movement (notice how the haunches are moving). The only time i've seen anything that might be mistaken as 'rolkur' is when the horse sort of searches for the contact by going up and in, but then again there's no hard hand there cranking the nose into the chest.

  • Shut up, i want to hear the music and enjoy the show. good, commentators, enoying =P

  • I agree, the piaffe at 5:08 is really wonderful done, and even though I really do not like how the trot is presented Totilas with his soft gaits is a pleasure to watch.

  • Shut up woman. We don't want to hear you.

  • These russion women must stop talking. They talk about nothing and make stupid remarks. It is very annoying to listen to them. Russians STOP talking!!!!

  • Beautiful animal, beautiful movement. Such a pity he's being hyperflexed though. :(

  • Grrrrrrr... I want to duck tape their mouths!

  • really announcer ladies? was there *that* much to talk about!? sheesh.

  • Sorry but it was a lot more expressive in previous occasions (Olympia for example), maybe the trip to the US has affected him. Regardless of that, the performance is spectacular and deserves to win. The only one close to Totilas nowadays is Fuego XII. With some obvious differences, Totilas style is closer to an Iberian horse than to a classical wormblood.

  • @engaot I totally agree that he has an Iberian look (must be why I like him so much), as a result of this he also carries his neck differently and people should realy watch the way iberian horses move naturally before claiming he is being hyperflexed the whole time.

  • @coucouper The next step will be to have judges accept the natural movements of Iberian horses instead of discriminating them. Salutes!

  • @coucouper you're totally right, dressage needs good compact horses, i love the kwpn horses but they are too long. i think kwpn breeders need to get rid of the english thoroughbred and use some iberian blood instead.

  • @kimmetjeeah It is actually harder to do dressage on horses that are built more like "squares", typically they are used for jumping. The "rectangles" are better for dressage. Horses who are "square" appear more collected but it is much easier for them to cheat and not come through from behind. Not saying that horses of both builds are not successful in either discipline.

  • super super proef! 84 ..

  • 7:08 wow, thats they way a piaffe is done, perfect

  • @snotten

    nee juist niet!!

    dat is niet goed!!!!!!!

    hij zakt te ver door

  • a maganificant ride!

    NO TALKING DURING THE RIDE!!!!!

  • Pure poetry!

  • Спасибо за видео!!!

  • Magnifico !!!!
