What would impress me is putting a new flint into a cheap bic lighter.

Actually I just managed to take out the roller barrel and put it back again but I have no flints. It's a lot harder to also put a flint in cos i have tried it before and never managed it, but I think I could now.

I am gonna buy some flints on ebay and try.

The thing is the gas seems to last forever, even when the liquid has gone, you can always get one more light out of it if you leave it for a while. End of essay!!

This is a of a pointless video because 9 times out of then the flint in the bic lighter will fail or run out before the gas does!!

So what you really want to do is put a flint into the bic lighter.

No I have 5 bic style lighter in from of me all with some gas in them but where the flint is gone, what I need is to be able to get a flint into them!!!

There is a second problem though in that even if I could put a flint in they cost as much as a lighter!! WTF!!!!

I hate throwing them away with some gas in because I am a bit of a skinFLINT!!

It amazes me how they can make the lighters so cheap.

The flints you buy may be bigger than the ones in the cheap lighter though.

they have to be the right size too.

MURAH69:if the wheel doesnt spin which on my zippo lighter the wheel some times either doesnt spin or doesnt spin the right way...you can fix that by unscrewing the flat head screw on your insert and taking out the flint and spinning the wheel a few times and putting the flint back in and it should work
