thanks for info on wrist size, do the increments go up in 2.5 lbs or 5 lbs? Would u recommend buying the stand, because looks like might strain the back a little picking up from ground?
Somethings I didn't mention is that some people think the handle is really small well my wrist is 9 1/2 inches and it fits with space all around. I can do all workouts. At 130 pounds these power blocks are still shorter then the Bowflex at 10 pounds. Since they start at 10 pounds even my Wife and Daughter uses them and when I workout I can set it at any weight I need to 90 pounds in about 5 seconds. I can't tell you any down sides there are none. You get use to them in 5 minutes.
I just bought the U-90's Stage 1 with the Stand for $400 out the door. Soon enough I'll get the Stage 2.
