@heavenslosthero4 ur supposed to register your atv or bike to pa. Get insurance. And then register with Rac or something for 100 dollars who owns the land. But mad people don't register.

@nachos1990 the only thing RAC wants is the REG. and insurance to the tow or haul vehicle and those people who are to disrespectful to register and pay 100.00 / a year will be the reason the place gets shut down along with the asshole dumping trash and not taking their garbage home after a day of riding.
