My wife is hard of hearing, she does not always hear people correctly, and she tells people this, but they still get hostile with her, and are not patient with her. She cannot understand why people are mean to her all the time, and knowing her I find it hard to understand as well (she is very sweet and kind hearted), and then she blames herself. But what think I see is that because she has a slight speech impediment, can't hear well, and is a little overweight, she is looked at as stupid.
America won't address this issue because Big Business "rules". Corporate America has always treated it's workers as expendable or as a tool to be used & discarded. Especially, if the tool no longer "works' as they see fit, regardless of the individual's needs or rights. Mobbing is nothing more than bullying. Those who do it are usually predators, followers or weak-minded individuals who are too scared to speak out & not play along. Confront toxic situations, find support, then expose them!

Getting weaker, more ill & totally alone. Family far away. Complete blockade of civil rights. Trying to move near to family but so ill.

This city is very corrupt and most of the construction is politically connected. I fell into a viper's nest. The political people broke a lot of laws and I found out and they started as attack. Mobbed by the most powerful people in Philadelphia. I'm very suicidal. Lost home. Terrified.
THIS LADY IS SO RIGHT! It happens here in the UK too. I would add that Phase 1 can start at Phase 3 - my mobbing was from management. I entered phase 5 in November 2010 & was quite homicidal/ suicidal at the time. I also found out that my union rep was being subverted - and even joined in with the mobbing. The best part - I got minutes today of my appeal hearing: THEY ARE TOTAL LIES! HA HA HA! Keep your chin up... because what these DEVIANTS want, is to break your spirit. When you are really down (as I get sometimes) go upstairs, block out the world, eat a bar of chocolate and watch your favourite comedy. It really helps, at least a little. XXX

With the rise of evolution comes the consequence that people are nothing more than evolved bacteria, thus, people with little or no conscience have free reign to bully because they have no moral boundaries. It seems to me that you need to educate yourself as much as possible now just to escape the types that create a mobbing environment. Insecure types abound now and I see it as a direct result of the lack of basic respect for the individual person.

They attack through the training in workplaces that are set up to have at least one employee liason with the politcal committee. My brother was horribly attacked at his workplace in Vermont after he ignored my plea to him to NOT show my artwork there because I was targetted by the notorious Women's Center mobs in the 1990's. It is run by extreme leftists.

It is just a footnote to her history of the French in the Pyrenees around the time of the Lourdes apparition of Mary, but it is very interesting.

This type of stuff also happens at colleges. The staff, faculty, and some students are part of the organized harassment and shunning. They want the target to go psycho. The best thing to do is report names and details anonymously to blogs and consumer websites.
Totally true, but the mobbing could be the result or the cause of the targeting. (ie. For activists, or an FORMER employer about who you know injurious information.)
These incidents can result in a contract being taken out to attempt to provoke you by attacking/threatening your kids. If they're connected and/or you take the bait, you will find yourself being stalked by the FIRE and POLICE.
