How is physical existence "suffering"? (Anymore than being a disembodied, ghostly, vaporous fart-like cloud of gas in the "spiritual realm" would be!)
@bjggjb when you visit the other realms you will know - on the physical realm suffering is much more intense and harder to endure then in higher realms, while joy in all forms is much more intense on other planes. and if you give in your "lusts" on this plane you will suffer more and degenerate more on the other realms.
