It had a VAM in this video. It now has a megasquirt set up. It sounded like it was running on 3 cyl because it had a head with 300,000 miles. The valves didnt seal all that well.
Iput a new head on it with the squirt and it put down 300rwhp and 323ft/lbs.
just wondering, that isnt the stock throttle body.... what is it and what is the measurements of it? do you like they way it works? also do you use a VAM or a MAF? if you could answer it would be super helpful thanks... looks real good
nice set up. im buildn a 2.3 turbo too. iv got a 2.5 stroker kit for it, port polished and plained heads, oversized valves in the process of building a turbo header and mounting a 90mm air research turbo to it. it was supposto go in a ford ranger but it got totaled. so into my 1975 chev vega it goes. keep up the good work, *being the underdog is fun when u beat the big guys and tell em what ya got under the hood* :)
