Charters internet service is fucking terrible. It's so bad that i had to refresh this page 4 times to post. AND the video encounters an error. Charter needs to be taken out by a company that is actually competent enough to be worth 150 dollars a month. "You get what you pay for" <-- That isn't the case. For what i'm getting... I should be only paying maybe 15 dollars a month. It's stupid because i can run Battlefield 3's multiplayer flawlessly, but when i try to post a photo on Facebook... Nope.
Trust me guys, I'm a senior tech for Charter and I love me some WoW and gaming. Now let me tell you that your problem could be anything from bad cables/wiring/RF signals, or even the WoW server itself being down. But don't blame the whole company because there are good technicians out there that WILL fix your problem and make you happy. It's just a matter of getting a good tech, is all.
@docsadler2 Im on Charters "Max" (25/3) and its taking fucking forever to load the video, and this is maybe 240p. 360p takes an hour to load. 1080p? Lol. I can take a 4 hour nap, and its only 1/4th loaded.
dont feel bad im using vista and it tells me every time it disconnects then reconnects from the internet, so i get to see it constantly dance between disconnected and reconected.
and even when it is connected its slooooooooooooooooooooooooow
i dont meen on stuff with graphics i meen like it takes 5 minutes to attach a 75 kb picture to an email and another 2 to SEND....an EMAIL a friggin EMAIL

Come to Aus. and try "Telstra Bigpond". Takes 30 min. to check your email and 3 weeks to get a response to an enquiry.
