Everytimes my horse bucks my trainer has me gallop around the arena as fast as possible to teach her that if she has enough energy to buck she has enough energy to gallop.

you are an amazing rider, my horse use to do tht if he didnt get ridden for a week and you basically have to sit there make sure they dont buck very bad but continue on with what he is doing and they eventually get tired and give up

I love the way you handle the situation. A lot of riders whould have hit the horse, kick it och pull the rains to hard han quick to make him stop (sorry for my english, I speak Swedish ;)) but you don't :D

@Avluvloredo i actually ride some bucking horses a lot and sometimes it really helps them relax if you keep your weight out of the saddle and relief some of stress that builds. but i totally agree with you she handled that perfectly! looked ahead turned him and sent him forward from the back end! excellent!

Horse not really trying to unseat her, just fresh. Not once did she talk quietly or smooth neck or relax hand. Horse only bucks if not going forward so push on. Horse snorting = wanting to re-negotiate. Nice riding style though. Lovely little horse
