One of the few songs that really says something: we grow up believing there are heroes and protectors around us, but discover when we grow up that 'the world will never see' them. The Due South clips are a fine touch. Robinturner3, sorry to counter you, but during my last trip to England, I found women as unwilling to have men holding doors open for them as they have become in Canada. Or maybe they're all presciently waiting for Superman to reappear.

But as one is not automatically a gentleman by virtue of being male, one is not automatically a lady by virtue of being female; it's a sexist, anti-male attitude to think otherwise. And to hell with misandry, and white-knighting, and being a chump. Chivalry is largely misplaced, nowadays, and as such, ought to die out, ASAP.
