In the new version the turtle does move, and the moon does too. The stage is bigger and the house is not in the background anymore

Great Bay shued have bin in SSBB cos without it there are no refensis LoZ Majora's Mask (not counting torfys and stickers) and before the game was made it was hinted that that stage would come back

That's because the house is attached to the rest of the background, if i don't do that, the characters will just be behind the house.
