I agree with you, it´s kinda boring. It´s so unpersonal and you often don´t watch each others videos. I do like friends better and comments, so if you like my channel you can leave video comments, I already left couple of comments on yours =)
I agree. I just had someone message me in this massive pm with a lot of other recipients telling me about this thing. It's dishonest and I want people to watch my videos because they like them, not because I subscribed to them. What would be the point of having lots of subscribers that didn't even watch my videos?
I don't subb four subb. What I mean by that, is that if I subscribe to someone, I don't expect them to subscribe back. I do subscribe to everyone who subs me tho. I just don't expect it back.

YouTube doesn't approve asking people trade subscriber or spam in general. It can in theory, get one's channel banned.
Partnership selection is based almost entirely on the number of views one gets, not subscribers.
