I pinched that line from the lovely Ulrika Jonsson, a TV presenter and ex-weathergirl here in the UK. She said that on live TV with reference to the heavy snowfall the night before, then realised what she'd said, started to laugh and couldn't stop throught the rest of the report. It was my tribute.

I think the hint as to why it's looking so old is that it clearly states it's from the "early 80s" in the info bit.
